Where to have fun this Easter Weekend

With the first bank holiday of the year upon us giving us a much needed four days (well three and a half) to relax and unwind, it can be difficult figuring out what you want to do.

If sitting at home pigging out on chocolate isn’t really your thing take a look at some events up and down the country that have got us excited!


Manchester Duck Race

When: Good Friday, 25th March

Where: Leftbank, Spinningfields, 11am-4pm

For the seventh year running, rubber duck mayhem will descend Ai??on Spinningfields, all in the name of charity. There will be craft workshops, an urban petting zoo, fairground rides and street food, with the rubber ducks racing at 2pm. Click here for more information.

For some more adult fun in Edinburgh over the Easter weekend why not hop on a two hour cruise down Edinburgh’s beautiful Grand Union canal? As well as an array of gin flavours there is also a three course selection of snacks too. Book your place here.

Taste Chocolate Festival, Bristol

Head down to the Taste Chocolate Festival and feast yourself on artisan chocolate of different varieties. (There’s even vegan, sugar and gluten-free choices for those that want to look after their bodies!) Easter Arts and Crafts Festival, Cardiff

When: Friday 25th to Monday 28th March, 10am-5:30pm

There’s so much to see, do and eat at the annual Easter Arts and Crafts Fair in Landsea Square. From chutneys to chocolate brownies, gluten-free cakes to traditional Welsh cakes and workshops to participate in, there’s no reason to be bored!

Where: Craft Beer Co., Clapham branch, London

When: Thursday 24th- Monday 28th, opens 12pm each day
